“Read (Iqra)” is the first command of Allah to mankind. Practicing Islam in its pure form is not possible without having the proper knowledge based on authentic sources. However, in modern era, people are generally reluctant to read books as there are always plenty of elements that diverts our attention from acquiring beneficial knowledge for our eternal salvation. Due to increasing ignorance about Islam, we are sliding away from correct belief & practices. With the aim of cultivating book reading culture among our community andgiving them easy access to authentic Islamic resources, Masjid As-Siddique (RA) has established a Library where members can borrow their desired books from its collection.
